Under the terms of the Credit Agreement, savings are pledged as security in the event of a default on a loan agreement. For loans under €40,000, savings held by the Credit Union can be used to offset the remaining loan balance. For loans over €40,000, savings and security held by the Credit Union can be used to offset the remaining loan balance.
